Steve can offer personal, bespoke training at a level, young or old, to suit you and your needs.

This will be on a one to one basis – every session.

Whether you are training for an event or training for improving your fitness, My aim is to get everyone to finish with no injuries, to feel good and ready to either carry on or aim for another event.

“I have worked with all age groups from toddlers to more mature people and I can honestly say that the pleasure and confidence I see increasing as they enjoy walking, running, swimming, cycling is priceless!
